Keynote #7: John Sculley was President of PepsiCo (1977–1983), and CEO of Apple (1983-1993). Sculley introduced the 'Pepsi Challenge ' at PepsiCo, and led a 10-fold increase in revenue during his time at Apple.

#5: Terry Matthews
Sir Terence Matthews is the founder and Chairman of Wesley Clover, an investment vehicle and holding company. Terry has either founded or funded over 80 companies since 1972 including Newbridge Networks, a company he founded in 1986 and which became a leader in the worldwide data networking industry. In 1972, before launching Newbridge, Terry co-founded Mitel, a world leader in the design and manufacture of enterprise communications solutions.
#4: Bob Metcalfe
Bob Metcalfe was an Internet pioneer starting in 1970 at MIT and Harvard University, where he received his PhD in Computer Science. Bob invented Ethernet in 1973 at the Xerox Palo Alto Research Center and in 1979, Bob founded the billion-dollar networking company, 3Com Corporation, which in 2010 became part of HP. Bob also received the National Medal of Technology for “leadership in the invention, standardization, and commercialization of Ethernet,” of which upwards of billion new ports are shipped annually, if you count WiFi, which he does.
Before moving to the University of Texas at Austin in 2011, where he serves as Professor of Innovation in the Cockrell School of Engineering at UTexas Austin Bob was for 10 years General Partner of Polaris Venture Partners, focusing on energy technology start-ups.
#3: Crag Walker/Wesley Chan
Craig was a co-founder and CEO of GrandCentral Communications, which Google acquired in July 2007. Craig is now the Founder/CEO of Firespotter Labs after a stint as EIR at Google Ventures.
As an early employee at Google, Wesley helped to start, launch, and grow Google Analytics and Google Voice — products which millions of users depend on worldwide.
Wesley Chan is a fun-loving entrepreneur and joined the Google Ventures team in 2009. Given his diverse background, Wesley's investments at Google Ventures includes companies that address markets in software and web services, mobile, biotech and cleantech.
